Payment schedule
October 1 – November 15: reserve with USD 500.
November 16 – December 15: new bookings require USD 1,999.50; existing guests pay USD 1,499.50.
December 16 – January 15: new bookings require USD 3,999 in full; existing guests pay the final USD 1,999.50.
If the second payment is not received by December 15, the reservation is cancelled, the USD 500 deposit is refunded and the room becomes available again.Cancellation & refunds
Before November 16: full refund.
November 16 – December 15: voluntary cancellations incur a penalty of 50% of the total experience, capped at the amount paid.
December 16 – January 15: no refunds for voluntary cancellations.
From January 16: no refunds, including no-shows or early departures.
If the experience is cancelled by the provider, payments are refunded in full. Refunds are initiated within five business days through the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.Arrival & departure
Your welcome meal is coordinated with your flight time. An extra night on January 22 or early check-in is complimentary and arranged in advance.
