November 16 – December 15: voluntary cancellations incur a penalty of 50% of the total experience, capped at the amount paid. December 16 – January 15: no refunds for voluntary cancellations. From January 16: no refunds, including no-shows or early departures. If the experience is cancelled by the provider, payments are refunded in full. Refunds are initiated within five business days through the original payment method; processing times depend on the payment provider.
